Hug-N-Share™was created by a 10 year old girl and her mom to help open communications between them during a family crisis. This simple game of passing the Hug-N-Share Bears™and Throw-N-Share Sports Balls™ back and forth with its inspiring word associations has opened up an entire new and powerful way for adults and children to communicate and enrich their relationships. Whether it is working through family situations, emotional crises, or even medical traumas, they have proven to be a powerful healing tool. Great for Kids, Adults, Parents, Counselors, Teachers and Mentors!

 By spending 5 minutes each day hugging your bear and passing it back and forth – all while choosing every word to describe how one is feeling will help you understand what is going on in each others’ lives. For example: I am happy because I got an A on my report card… I am sad you are sick today… I am mad when you text on the phone and don’t pay attention to me.  The mission of Hug-N-Share™ is to positively impact and support children, youth, women and men when dealing with crisis such as abuse, divorce, depression, bullying, loss of a loved one, military deployment, financial difficulties, illnesses or in coping with everyday problems, utilizing Hug-N-Share Bears™ and Throw-N-Share Sports Balls™, to effectively teach them, how to openly express and validate their emotions with adults, kid, parents, counselors and mentors. |
 Using the Hug-N-Share Bears™ and Throw-N-Share Sports Balls™, as an interactive fun vehicle through which kids and adults can open communications, build trust and strengthen relationships that will develop lifelong skills for people of all ages, by teaching them to express, validate and name their emotions. |
